Spinach Waffles

  • Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 280 g milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
    100 g baby spinach, 280 g milk, 30 g butter, 2 tsp baking powder, 250 g flour, 2 eggs, Salt and pepper
  • Heat your waffle maker. Cook waffles in batch until you don’t have any batter left.
  • Serve with a fried egg for example.
