Homemade chicken nuggets


  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Flour
  • 50 g panko
  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper


  • Cut the chicken, the onion and the garlic into pieces. Use the blender to finely chop everything. Add salt and pepper.
  • Whisk the milk and egg in a shallow plate.
  • In a second plate, add about a cup of flour (you can add more as needed).
  • In a third one, mix panko, corn flakes and cumin.
  • Flour your hand and form small nuggets with the blended chicken mix. Once you are done, pass them first in the flour, then in the milk/egg and then in the breading.
  • Heat a good quantity of oil in a skillet. Cook your nuggets on medium heat until they are golden on each side.
  • Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
