Cut the chicken, the onion and the garlic into pieces. Use the blender to finely chop everything. Add salt and pepper.
Whisk the milk and egg in a shallow plate.
In a second plate, add about a cup of flour (you can add more as needed).
In a third one, mix panko, corn flakes and cumin.
Flour your hand and form small nuggets with the blended chicken mix. Once you are done, pass them first in the flour, then in the milk/egg and then in the breading.
Heat a good quantity of oil in a skillet. Cook your nuggets on medium heat until they are golden on each side.
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
