Chicken with Olive Tapenade

  • 4 chicken legs whole
  • 4 tbsp black olive tapenade
  • Fresh rosemary


  • With a small knife, make little cuts on your chicken tights and place them on an oven baking sheet.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of tapenade on each leg.
  • Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  • Bake for one hour at 180C (356F).
